Gerald Jones opened his first automotive dealership in 1974. Since then, the auto group has grown by six stores and is now owned and operated by Andy Jones, the founder's son. In February of 2016, the Jones family was excited to announce the acquisition of the new Ford store; increasing the Gerald Jones Auto Group offerings to now include domestic vehicles.

"After 42 years of servicing the CSRA through our imported vehicles, we have added Ford to the auto group's line of automobiles. We now have a wide range of vehicles we were not able to offer before, including: large trucks, super duty trucks (up to F-750s), large passenger vans, cargo vans, fleet and commercial vehicles. Our service department can service all Ford products and we are a certified diesel shop; able to service all Ford diesel engines, no matter how large. Expanding our line means that there is nothing that we cannot provide our customers. From the smallest import to the largest commercial truck - we have it," says Andy.
